1976 to the present

 

Dr. James Willoughby met the Lord Jesus Christ as a teenager in a most powerful way while under the influence of the devil. It was during this time he found Jesus in a youth ministry in southern California. The great love of God was revealed to him and his life was turned around for good. 

 

James is known as an encourager to the believers and moves as a prophet and mouthpiece for God as many are saved, healed, delivered and given direction as the Spirit of God moves in his meetings. He ministers in crusades, conferences, leadership meetings (pastors) and is a builder of local Churches.

 

James has traveled to many parts of the world and is a blessing wherever he goes.

 

He is the senior minister / pastor of His Church World Outreach, a strong supernatural family Church in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The Church is known for the presence of God and its ministry to the community.
